| - The price includes parking for one vehicle and a maximum of 3 people in the Basic model, 4 in the Lux model and 5 in the Gitotel model. |
| - The bungalows Lux and Gitotel are equipped with kitchen hardware, set of dishes, bed clothes and bath, electrical cook, refrigerator and iron. The basic model does not include bath clothes (no toilet) nor refrigerator. |
| - All incorporate table and chairs of terrace and heating. |
| - TV rental, 7,00 € day (V.A.T. included). |
| - Change of bed clothes and bath every 7 days. |
| - Pets are not allowed in the bungalows. |
| - Booking: |
| - Deposit: 50% of the total invoice. |
| - If, having made the booking, prepayment is not made within 48 hours, the booking will be automatically cancelled. |
| - Cancellation: |
| - More than 2 months before arrival: the charge is 50% of the initial payment. |
| - Less than 2 months before arrival: the charge is 80 % of the initial payment. |
| - Less than 1 month before arrival: the charge is 100 % of the initial payment. |
